What programs do you design in?

We start in Figma, from the discovery call to UX which includes research and personas. I utilise Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign for graphics and logos. Figma for low-fi and high-fi designs. Adobe after effects, 4D cinema for animation and motion graphics and web flow for building the website.

Can you guarantee results?

We aspire to work collaboratively throughout the whole project. You will get videos/images from the very beginning through to the finished product and consequently we don't anticipate any bad surprises, just exciting ones.

How many revisions do I get?

This depends the project and what is agreed upon before the project commences.

How quickly will I receive my design?

A clear design/production time table will be set out at the start of the project. Each project is unique and therefore it is not possible to give a fixed answer to this question.

What happens if I cancel my project?

We don't begin work until the initial deposit has been received, this will not be recoverable in the event of cancellation. All designs will be released to the client after the final payment has been processed.
